You will need your customer Reference Number and either the Auspost Billpay Code, or the BPay Biller Code from the front of your rates notice.
By Telephone:
Simply dial 13 18 16 and have your Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa Credit Card available. This service is available 24 hours a day. To make payment using a savings or cheque account you will need to register first (unless you are already registered with Australia Post).
In person at Shire Services Centres:
