Council election candidate information requests

Information Request Register

A Candidate Information Request Register will be maintained by Council to record the provision of all information and advice during the Election Period. This register is a public document, that records:

• All requests for information of a non-election nature by all candidates
• The responses/documentation provided to these requests
• The name of the candidate making the request
• The date the request is made

Candidate Requests

Candidates can make requests by submitting their requests in writing to info@mountalexander.vic.gov.au, by presenting their written request in writing to the Civic Centre to Manager Governance and Customer Service, Mount Alexander Shire Council, P.O. Box 185 Castlemaine VIC 3450.
