Any businesses or individuals who require the use of fire to conduct their work during the Fire Danger Period must obtain a Schedule 13 Permit to burn by individual, prior to commencing ignition.
Permit applications are assessed by Council in accordance with the Country Fire Authority Act 1958.
To apply for a permit please complete the Form - Schedule 13 Permit to burn and return to Council's Fire Prevention Officer.
