Have a say on animal management

Council is seeking feedback on a draft animal management plan, which covers responsible pet ownership, animal welfare, animal registration, dog attacks and more. View the plan at the Have Your Say section of Council’s website, Civic Centre, Castlemaine Library or Visitor Information Centres. Written submissions will be accepted until 5.00pm, Friday 15 September. For more information contact Wayne O’Toole on 5471 1764.

Do business with Council

A free workshop on doing business with Council will be held from 5.30pm to 7.00pm on Wednesday 30 August at the Civic Centre. Book at the Business resources section of Council’s website or contact Andrea O’Grady on 5471 1724 by Monday 28 August.

Calling partners of tradies

Hope Assistance Local Tradies (HALT) invites partners of tradies to an information evening about services that support positive mental health. The event is from 6.30pm to 9.00pm on Wednesday 30 August at the Theatre Royal. RSVP to Jeremy Forbes on 0409 756 274.
