Discontinuation of Government Roads

CA2012 Parish of Ravenswood County of Talbot

Notice is given pursuant to sections 206 (1) Schedule 10 Clause 3 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 that Mount Alexander Shire Council proposes to discontinue the government roads being CA2012 Parish of Ravenswood County of Talbot (proposal). This proposal is made under section 206 (1) Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989.

In accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 a person may make a submission to this proposal.

Submissions are to be received no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 6 December 2017 and addressed or delivered to Chief Executive Officer, Mount Alexander Shire Council, PO Box 185, 25 Lyttleton Street, Castlemaine VIC 3450 or info@mountalexander.vic.gov.au.

Any person making a submission must state in that submission whether he or she wishes to appear in person, or to be represented by a person specified in the submission. Submissions will be heard at the Ordinary Meeting of Council at 6.30pm on Tuesday 19 December 2017 in the Castlemaine Civic Centre.
