Thursday 25 January 2018

Mount Alexander Shire Council is kicking off its 2018 Small Business Workshops with a two hour session to help business people develop a plan to achieve long-term success.

Presenter Bruce Hall will show participants how to build a business plan that will drive your business (or your business idea) forward.

“Come along and learn how to identify risks, build a business plan, identify future directions and explore business opportunities,” said Eva Parkin, Economic Development Officer, Mount Alexander Shire Council.

“Learn step-by-step how to map out where your business is now and where you’d like it to be in the future. You’ll also develop a clear vision of the next steps and strategies that will take you there,” said Ms Parkin.

“This low-cost workshop is great for people already in business and those who are keen to take the plunge and set up their own.

“Council is looking forward to bringing more valuable workshops to the community this year to help support and grow the skills of our local business people,” she said.
