Victory Park toilets temporarily closed for upgrade

Public toilets at Victory Park in Castlemaine

The public toilets at Victory Park in Castlemaine will be temporarily closed for two weeks for an upgrade to the floor.

Friday 31 August 2018

The public toilets adjacent to the Ray Bradfield Rooms at Victory Park in Castlemaine will be closed for two weeks from Monday 3 September for an upgrade.

Council is upgrading the floor covering with epoxy flakes continuous flooring. The non-slip surface will reduce the risk of falls, make the floor easier to clean and modernise the look of the toilet block. It is expected the works will be completed by Thursday 13 September.

The upgrade is part of a series of improvements planned for the toilet block over the coming months to improve toilet standards for residents and visitors.

The nearest toilets are located at the IGA Supermarket Complex during business hours. The Drill Hall toilets on Lyttleton Street are also open from 8am to 10pm daily. Council apologises for any inconvenience.
