Mount Alexander Shire Council is committed to providing a range of waste management services in a responsible, sustainable and cost effective manner.
We provide close to 7000 kerbside rubbish and recylcing collection services within designated kerbside collection areas.
We operate the Maldon Transfer Station and the Castlemaine Landfill.
We also undertake street sweeping, provide and empty public litter bins and manage illegally dumped rubbish on Council land.
