Combined Amendment C084 - Proposed rezoning and 32 lot residential subdivision application

Amendment C084 proposes to rezone 26 Market Street Harcourt from the Farming Zone to the General Residential Zone (GRZ1). This amendment is combined with a planning permit application to subdivide the land.

Background to amendment

What the amendment does

The Amendment rezones land at 26 Market Street Harcourt from Farming Zone (FZ) to the General Residential Zone, Schedule 1 (GRZ1).

What the planning permit application is for

A planning permit is sought for a 32 lot residential subdivision which will have vehicle access from Market Street and Pippin Court and will provide for fully serviced dwelling lots. The subdivision will be undertaken in two stages and will provide a waterway management easement for the watercourse to the north.
