We want more people, more active more often.
Being active is good for our health - it’s recommended adults do around 30minutes of physical activity each day.
We will develop multiple exercise programs and tips for different abilities and fitness levels for:
• use on the outdoor exercise equipment, and
• to use in open space across the Shire.

• Warm up prior to using the equipment.
• Drink water to stay hydrated.
• Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort, or dizziness.
• Wipe down the equipment after use.
