Support local creatives and head along to the Young Makers Market at the Theatre Royal Brickyard on Father's Day.

Father’s Day is fast approaching and the young creatives of Mount Alexander Shire are busy preparing for the next Young Makers’ Market, a Father’s Day special.

Young people aged 12-25 will set up at the Theatre Royal selling jewellery, horticulture, art, cosmetics, crafts and more just in time for a last-minute Father’s Day spoiling!

“The experience of doing the market is amazing,” said Billy Lister, one of the youngest, and most enthusiastic members of the Young Makers’ Market Committee.

“We have so many talented and creative young people in our community and they deserve to show their creativity.”
The Young Makers’ Market will be held from 9.00am to 1.00pm on Sunday 1 September at the Theatre Royal Brickyard, 30 Hargraves Street, Castlemaine.

Everyone in encouraged to register and be a part this youth-only market.
