Monday 21 October 2019

Having a plan is a crucial part of long-term business success, so if you need some help to move your business forward come along to Mount Alexander Shire Council’s next Small Business Workshop.

During the two hour session you’ll map out a one-page plan to get your business where you want it to be, along with the steps and strategies that will take you there.

“This workshop isn’t just for established businesses – it’s also for people who have a business idea that they think has potential,” said Eva Parkin, Economic Development Officer, Mount Alexander Shire Council.

“A business plan means you are well placed to address risks and make the most of opportunities that come your way,” said Ms Parkin.

“Our presenter John Vine brings so much experience in this area. He’s been involved in small business for decades and also worked in senior roles in the corporate sector,” she said.

“This is going to be a fantastic session. Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.”
