The Victorian Government has introduced further changes to coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions from 27 October. Metropolitan Melbourne is now in the Third Step. Regional Victoria continues in Third Step with further easing of restrictions.
As restrictions ease it is important to continue to take steps to keep yourself and others safe. Continue to wash your hands regularly, wear a face mask when you leave home, cough and sneeze into your elbow, and keep at least 1.5 metres from others.
Keep friends and family safe by meeting outdoors. There is a lower risk of spreading COVID-19 between people if you are outdoors. Face masks must be worn by all Victorians 12 years and over when you leave home. Exemptions apply. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 get tested and stay home. Stay at home if you feel unwell.
