Fees and charges

Fees apply to most of our services.

You are required to pay a small contribution for the support you receive, if you can afford to.

Fees are based on your income and individual circumstances.

We recognise that some people may have difficulties contributing to the cost of their services.

In cases of financial hardship your fees may be reviewed.

Our client contribution fees are reviewed annually and we advise you in writing of any changes. 

Your account statement is issued every four weeks.
