Upcoming Council Meetings 2024

Meetings of Council are open to the public and live streamed.

You may be asked to sign a Photo Image and Media Consent and Release Form prior to the Meeting of Council and entering the Council Chamber at meeting start, scheduled at 6.30pm.

Public question time questions/statements are still able to be submitted up until 12.00pm on the day of the meeting to governance@mountalexander.vic.gov.au. All valid questions/statements will be read and addressed on the night.

Live streaming of Council meetings

The live streaming of the next Council meeting will be available via the link below at 6.30pm on the night of the meeting.

Live streaming allows you to watch and listen to the meeting in real time, giving you greater access to Council decision making and improving openness and transparency.

Agendas and minutes

Agendas are made available to the public by the close of business on the Thursday preceding the meeting, both online as separate PDF documents and as hard copies from the Civic Centre.

Minutes are available by close of business on the Friday following the meeting.
