Council manages all tenders and quotation requests through VendorPanel, an online procurement platform.
VendorPanel provides a simple, secure way for us to notify your business of opportunities, it also allows you to submit quotes or tender documentation.
To view details of current tenders and get notified about future opportunities, you must register as a supplier in VendorPanel.
Before you register you need to choose an appropriate email address that is continually monitored eg. a generic business email address like admin@company.com.au.
Visit the VendorPanel tendering portal to manage your quotes and tenders as well as viewing current tenders.
Login to VendorPanel
Receive notifications of the latest tenders to your inbox by logging in to your VendorPanel account.
Login to VendorPanel to view current tenders.
Go to the VendorPanel Supplier Help Centre which includes easy to follow trouble shooting guides and addresses frequently asked questions - if this doesn't help resolve your issue contact the VendorPanel support team directly by submitting a request.
You’ll need to be invited as a Colleague to the supplier list/s you wish to receive tenders and quotations from. If you’re having trouble locating the Administrator for your company, reach out to VendorPanel for help.
You can contact their Support team directly via the VendorPanel Submit a Request option.
Once your VendorPanel registration is complete you will be visible to buyers searching in your category and region of service.
