Mobile food business

If you operate a mobile food business such as a food truck, roadside trader or ice cream van on Council land will need to apply for an Itinerant Trading Permit. See below for application details.

You will also need to register your business and lodge a statement of trade on the FoodTrader website. This applies to businesses operating on private land and Council land.

When we have received your application, we will contact you to advise how to pay.

We will then be in touch to notify you of the outcome of your application.

8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Fees

  • $72.30 per vehicle per day
  • $569.60 per vehicle per annum
