If you are conducting works on Council land or need to park a vehicle to carry out works you must obtain a permit.
When works are to be conducted within a road reserve owned by Council, consent must be given by Council before works can commence.
If you are developing or conducting maintenance works on public land you may need to comply with the Dja Dja Wurrung Land Use Activity Agreement (LUAA).
