The hotline provides a single phone line that people affected by the 2026 Victorian bushfires can call to get access to these services, including:

financial assistance
clean-up support for damaged homes, businesses and community assets
general recovery support like finding local services, insurance and legal questions, money problems, health and wellbeing, registering for government services
farmer and primary producer support including financial assistance, livestock welfare, emergency fodder, fencing, wellbeing and business counselling
other general enquiries.
