Planning and building support
Our Planning Services team is available for face-to-face enquiries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00pm at the Civic Centre.
If you haven't already, please try our permit finder tool to identify which building or planning information you may need.
VicRoads agency
We also provide VicRoads Agency services including:
- Licence renewals
- Security licence renewals
- Learner permit applications
- Learner permit testing
- Sales of log books
- Work diaries.
We will not process license renewals if the expiry date is within two weeks. This ensures all drivers remain licensed and that there is time to process relevant documents.
You must book in advance for a Learners Permit test by calling our Customer Service team on 5471 1700.
Testing sessions are Thursday afternoons 3.30pm and 4.15pm.
