The role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate professional to join our Strategic Planning team to:

  • assist in the delivery of innovative projects, including housing and neighbourhood character studies, heritage studies and commercial and industrial land strategies
  • engage with the community through engagement processes and provide expert advice to a range of stakeholders
  • liaise with colleagues and relevant agencies
  • assist the preparation and processing of amendments to the Planning Scheme

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • strategic planning experience and qualifications in Planning or related discipline
  • an understanding of contemporary planning theory and practice within the context of the Victorian Planning Scheme
  • community engagement experience
