Accessing Harcourt
Harcourt residents wishing to enter the Harcourt Fire Zone can do so from 6.00pm to 10.00pm on Tuesday 13 January. Entry will be via Victoria Road, Harcourt.
 
Proof of residency must be presented to Victoria Police members before access can be granted. VicRoads will reinstate the road closure at 10.00pm, after which time entry to the fire zone will be refused. Please note that not all roads will be accessible while repairs works are underway in the area.
 
Community meetings
A Community Meeting for the Ravenswood-Fogartys Gap Road fire will be held online at 12.00pm Wednesday 14 January 2026.
The meeting will be livestreamed to the Mount Alexander Shire Council Facebook page and YouTube channel. It will also be broadcast live on 94.9 MainFM.
