Cabosse & Feve is an artisan chocolaterie in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia. The business was founded in 2019 by husband and wife team Freya Schellhorn and Thomas Vandaele. Freya is a chocolatier with a passion for using high quality, ethically sourced ingredients. Thomas is a business owner with a background in sales and video production.

Cabosse & Feve uses traceable and ethical cocoa beans from Ghana, Solomon Islands, and Peru. The beans are roasted and stone-ground in-house to create a rich, smooth chocolate. They also use traceable Swiss couverture. The chocolates are then hand-crafted into a variety of delicious products, including truffles, bars, bark, and hot chocolate mix.
