Nurse Next Door Macedon Ranges is a nurse-led home support service providing high-quality care for older adults and people living with disabilities across the Macedon Ranges and surrounding shires, including Mount Alexander Shire. We offer a full range of home and community support, personal care, specialised nursing, respite, palliative support, dementia care, and assistance to stay active, independent, and connected.
Every client receives a personalised care plan developed by a registered nurse, along with ongoing nursing oversight at no additional cost. We specialise in supporting people with complex care needs and can respond quickly when care or support needs change.
Whether privately funded or supported through Support at Home, NDIS, or other pathways, we work closely with individuals, families, and care teams to deliver truly person-centred care focused on dignity, independence, and joy.
