Seed-of-Softness.-by-Marita-Jacobsson.2020
Weaving trauma-informed approaches, with EMDR Therapy offers you embodied and creative approaches to find calm and cohesion. Together, we will effectively enact true recovery from chronic stress, life overwhelm and complex trauma. I walk along with you as a dedicated companion, where we will gather together to discover your innate healing energies, enhance your life resources and thread this through your life, in meaningful ways. We will find your unique pathways, that will enhance your sense of wellbeing and enlivenment. With many flexible options for your healing journey, we will collaborate on what most aligns with you.

I will support you compassionately, to make sense of things together and to find meaning and clarity, using different approaches that you can choose from such as; EMDR, Counselling, Arts-based inquiry, using the arts in their diverse forms, connection to nature, connecting to your true nature/your wise self. We will design and map out together - a supported pathway for you, towards your wellbeing.

Currently I am supporting a group of adoptees in a group art therapy program, hosted by https://vanish.org.au/ and soon (October, 2025) I am offering a group art therapy program for community members who are grieving. Hosted by https://careforyourmind.com.au/: here is the link to book in: https://forms.finger-ink.com/care-for-your-mind/new-client-intake-form
