I'm Rhiannon (they/them) and I provide counselling that slows down to listen in. I'm a social worker, counsellor and big softie.

Therapy should feel like a soft place to land, not a test you have to pass. Together, we work at your pace, getting curious about your inner world. Not to "fix" you, but to understand your story, meet the parts of you that are protecting you, and help you reconnect with your purpose, creativity, and your self-compassion.

I bring both professional experience and deep personal understanding to this work, combining my lived experience with professional training in a range of specialist therapeutic modalities.

My approach is rooted in a justice-oriented worldview. And I meet each client where they are -- with care, compassion, and respect for the fullness of their story.

I live on Djaara Country and currently offer in-person sessions at my office and video or phone sessions across so-called Australia.
