• Improve water quality in the Muckleford Creek and its tributaries
• Conserve soil
• Create a healthy and viable balance between farming and biodiversity
• Harness local knowledge and expertise to improve the environment
• Assist landholders to access funding for land improvement projects
• Provide opportunities for landholders to get together and learn about the local environment
• Carry out annual mammal monitoring
