At the Meeting of Council on Tuesday 16 September 2025, Council adopted the Council Plan 2025-2029, which guides Council’s activities for the next four years.
Between February and April 2025, we conducted extensive community engagement to inform the development of the Council Plan 2025-2029.
Over 200 people engaged directly through face-to-face methods such as (drop-in sessions, pop-up sessions, meetings, street walks and key interviews), and we collected nearly 800 responses from online surveys and postcards from residents across all ages and towns.
