At the Ordinary Meeting of Council 18 February 2025, Council adopted the Complaints Policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Council handles complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively. It sets out the key principles and concepts of complaint management to ensure that any person who wishes to make a complaint has the matter dealt with in an approved and consistent manner.
