The role
The Housing Project Officer will progress existing affordable housing projects through:
- undertaking processes relating to the activation of land for affordable and appropriate housing
- building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- data collection and analysis
- contributing to the updating of Council’s Affordable and Appropriate Housing Policy

To be successful in this role you will have:
- relevant experience and qualifications
- project management skills and experience
- demonstrated stakeholder engagement and partnership experience to deliver outcomes
- knowledge and experience of the wide range of factors impacting the delivery of affordable and appropriate housing
