Castlemaine Library Book Sale

Castlemaine Library will be holding a book sale Saturday 30 May in the Castlemaine Library Foyer, Mechanics Lane as part of their Reconciliation Week celebrations. Starting at 10am and open until 2.00pm, the Book Sale will feature a great range of discarded library books, magazines, CDs and more.

Proceeds from the sale go to support the Indigenous Literacy Fund.

Books will be purchased through gold coin donation and there will also be an option of filling a bag of books for a $5 donation. People can also make a digital donation to the ILF on the day via QR code for those who don’t want to carry cash.

Book lovers are encouraged to come early to get the best pick of the available bargains.
