Due to the Good Friday public holiday, Friday 3 April bin collections will occur on Saturday 4 April. The Castlemaine and Maldon transfer stations will be closed on Friday 3 April 2026.
The Castlemaine Lions Club Swap Meet is one of the biggest one-day events in the region. There are over 600 sites with car parts, vintage collectables, antiques and food and drinks stalls, all within walking distance of the Castlemaine town centre.
