Buda Historic Home and Garden invites the community to its much‑loved Hungarian Folk Festival, a vibrant celebration of culture, tradition, and community.
Presented in partnership with the FONO Hungarian Dance Group, the festival features traditional folk dance performances and live music by the Vardos Trio, as well as an immersive dance house experience led by professional choreographers from Budapest.
Visitors can enjoy authentic Hungarian food, including gulyás cooked over an open fire and freshly made lángos, along with market stalls, folk art activities, and free children’s activities. The festival also includes a silversmith showcase honouring Ernest Leviny and guided tours of the historic Buda home.
