Dogs on-lead welcome at Western Reserve

Councillors have lifted the ban on dogs on Castlemaine’s Western Reserve. The resolution was passed by Councillors at the November meeting of Council, following community advocacy to revoke the ban.

Stay cool in the pool this summer!

Our outdoor pools in Castlemaine, Harcourt, Maldon and Newstead are open for summer.

The pools offer lap-lane swimming, aqua aerobics, swim classes, and more. There’s also free entry on Australia Day.

The community-run Chewton Pool is also open for the summer season.
