Mount Alexander Shire Council invites artists to submit their interest in creating a permanent mural installation on a newly refurbished toilet block in Newstead, Victoria.

Selection Process
Step 1:
Read the guidelines and information below and submit your expression of interest
Step 2:
Expressions of interest will be reviewed by a selection panel including representatives of Council, Newstead Arts Hub, Newstead Landcare and Council’s Public Art Advisory Panel.
Step 3:
The successful artist will be invited to paint the mural.
