Lost, stolen or damaged bins

Has your bin been stolen or damaged? 

Missed bin collection

Was your bin not emptied?

Please wait to report your bin as being missed until after noon on the day of collection. If it has still not been collected after this time please report it and we will inform our waste contractors.

Recycling bins are collected fortnightly so please check it is the correct week for your collection before reporting it as missed. 

Over the upcoming Christmas and New Year period, collections will take place as follows:

Christmas Week

  • Thursday (Christmas Day) collections will be completed on Friday 26th December
  • Friday’s usual collections will be completed on Saturday 27th December

New Year’s Week

  • Thursday 1st January collections will be completed on Friday 2nd January
  • Friday’s collections will be completed on Saturday 3rd January
