Castlemaine Recovery Hub

For those needing temporary accommodation, support and information about relief services please can visit the Recovery Hub at Castlemaine Town Hall.

When: Open 11.00am - 5.00pm, Monday 12 January - Friday 16 January
Where: Castlemaine Town Hall, 25 Lyttleton Street, Castlemaine

For affected residents, the Recovery Hub will include a number of agencies and organisations that can assist you through the recovery process.

These include:

  • Agriculture Victoria
  • Powercor
  • Rural Financial Counselling Service
  • Telstra
  • Department of Families, Fairness and Housing
  • Victoria Police
  • Bendigo District Aboriginal Cooperative
  • Emergency Recovery Victoria
  • Dhelkaya Health
  • Dhelkaya Health Housing Team
  • Blaze Aid
  • Salvos
  • Mount Alexander Business Support

Please do not drop off physical donations, like food or clothes, to the Recovery Hub. Stay updated on the January 2026 fire event page for information about donations.
