Castlemaine Recovery Hub

For those needing temporary accommodation, support and information about relief services please can visit the Recovery Hub at Castlemaine Town Hall.

When: Open 11.00am - 5.00pm, Monday 12 January - Friday 16 January
Where: Castlemaine Town Hall, 25 Lyttleton Street, Castlemaine

For affected residents, the Recovery Hub will include a number of agencies and organisations that can assist you through the recovery process.

Please do not drop off physical donations, like food or clothes, to the Recovery Hub. Stay updated on the January 2026 fire event page for information about donations.

 

Bendigo and Kyneton Emergency Relief Centres

The Emergency Relief Centres at the Bendigo Showgrounds and Kyneton Sports and Aquatic Centre are now closed. Please attend the Castlemaine Recovery Hub (see above details) for accommodation support and relief information. 

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to provide support at these centres.
