Why are you preparing an Action Plan?
The Harcourt Town Centre Action Plan was a recommendation in Plan Harcourt (2020) and Shine Harcourt Leanganook.
We will use the action plan to prioritise projects, allocate developer contributions and seek funding opportunities.
The actions may occur in any order dependent on relevant factors and the community will be consulted on the developed proposals when and as appropriate.

What are the next steps?
Council officers are finalising the action plan to take to Council to consider for adoption in 2024. We will then pursue funding opportunities to help deliver the actions.
